Rule modal

This modal is shown whenever a logged in customer clicks on a rule item, either within the Loyalty Page or in the standalone rules list. Depending on the rule, the modal may be informative or fully interactive. For example:

• the Birthday rule modal contains a form in which the customer can enter their birthday
• the custom rule modal contains information about how to earn points
