Rule modal

This modal is shown whenever a logged in customer clicks on a rule item, either within the Loyalty Panel or in the standalone rules list.

Depending on the rule, the modal may be informative or fully interactive. For example:

• the Facebook Like rule modal contains the Facebook widget to Like a page
• the Birthday rule modal contains a form in which the customer can enter their birthday
