Loyalty panel and widget are a legacy interface, that we are slowly retiring. If you still use loyalty panel - we’ll be in touch with you, when it’s your time to upgrade.
If you’d like to make the change earlier and take advantage of our new UI, contact us at support@loyaltylion.com.
Please note that if you joined LoyaltyLion after 2022, you will not have access to this UI.
The Loyalty Widget is a small, floating bar which can be shown at the bottom of the page. If a customer is logged in, it displays the number of points they have.
When the Loyalty Widget is clicked, it opens the Loyalty Panel in a modal view.
You can’t add the Loyalty Widget to your page directly. Instead, you can enable it from your LoyaltyLion admin.
